The director for the MV "If I Die Tonight" specially invited the heartthrob Tob to fly in to Taiwan in order for him to achieve the desired dramatic tension. Tob played the leading role in "Bangkok Love Story" and is a well-loved celebrity in the gay scene. The story of the MV revolves around how Tob had to break up and marry with a girl in order to make his hospitalized mother happier in hopes that it'd aid in her recovery.

The MV was pushed to public much later than the song due to several reasons. Those who tuned in to this song would normally interpret it as a regular boy-girl relationship where it is in the transition state from friendship to a more intimate one -- or as the song title is, "Something Like Love." To our surprise, when the MV was finally publicized, we finally realize that the story is about a love triangle involving a Brokeback theme. This MV was well received by the gay community, but many also couldn't help but wonder why such MV was shot for this love song...
